Description
This is a single variety craft cider, crisp, dry and sparkling, made from Brown’s Apples, which have their origin near the village of Staverton, Devon. It reminds me of early cider days with my folks.
Our Brown’s Apples are now grown here in the Welsh Marches and fermented with wild yeasts.
